Murray Mind and Wellness offers Child Centred Play Therapy as a support for children and their parents. This includes children who have experienced trauma, mental health concerns, show behaviours of concern, lack confidence and where the parents/and or school are generally struggling and are in need of support.
General counselling is provided to those men or women who would benefit from additional support. This includes those who have lost their confidence, feel lonely or who are struggling with their mental health, including anxiety and depression.
Murray Mind and Wellness is conducted in a quiet and calm space, that nurtures the mind, body and soul.
